At Midnight Chapter™, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience for every customer. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
Customers may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order.
After the 12-hour cancellation window has passed, your order may already be processed or shipped, and we will no longer be able to cancel it.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only eligible under the following conditions:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- The order is lost and never delivered (with the correct shipping address provided).
To request a refund for a damaged item, customers must provide photo or video proof within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following situations:
- The customer entered an incorrect shipping address.
- The customer refuses delivery.
- The package has been opened.
If you no longer want the item after receiving it, the product must remain completely unused, unopened, and in its original condition to be considered for any return request.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct before completing checkout.
Midnight Chapter™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
Preorder Refund Policy
The Levitating Dragon Book is a preorder item. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree that this product is not ready to ship immediately and requires a 45–55 day production and processing period before shipment.
Customers may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing their preorder. After the 12-hour cancellation window has passed, the order is reserved in our production batch and can no longer be cancelled, refunded, or changed due to preorder processing, material preparation, and production planning.
Please make sure all order details, shipping information, and product information are reviewed carefully before completing checkout. By purchasing this preorder item, the customer confirms they have read and understood the estimated preorder timeline and agrees to wait for the production and shipping process to be completed.
Refunds are only available if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if the order is confirmed lost and never delivered with the correct shipping address provided. For damaged or defective items, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof so our team can review the issue and help make it right.
We do not offer refunds for preorder delays within the stated 45–55 day production window, change of mind, failure to read the preorder details before purchasing, incorrect shipping information entered by the customer, or refusal of delivery.
